We are seeking motivated and skilled Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. This role focuses on transforming existing landscapes and implementing new designs, requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities and Duties

• Install of plant material like planting trees, shrubs, flowers.

• Bed preparation and maintenance like weeding, edging, mulching, and fertilizing.

• Assist with the construction of patios, and other hardscape features using various materials such as pavers, stone, and concrete.

• Load, unload, to transport materials, tools, and equipment.

• Collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

 

Job Requirements

• Specific experience in landscaping is a plus.

• Knowledge of plant identification and proper planting techniques is a plus.

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently is a plus.

• Understanding of hardscaping principles and techniques is a plus.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
