Job Overview 

 

As a Crew Leader, you are an essential part of our construction team to build and install beautiful outdoor spaces including transforming existing landscapes and hardscapes, implementing new designs. We requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. All facets of landscaping construction from prep to finish. You will be responsible for leading a team and will work under the direction of the Construction Field Manager to accomplish tasks and projects efficiently and safely.

​Responsibilities and Duties 

​

• Direct and supervise crew members on job sites.

• Analyze and interpret landscape architectural designs and construction documents.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., tractor, excavators, power tools).

• Perform tasks such as grading, digging, planting, and hardscape installation.

• Oversee the installation of various landscape features (e.g., patios, walkways, planting beds, irrigation systems).

• Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and management.

Job Requirements 

​

• High school diploma. 

• Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of tools, materials and equipment used in landscaping. 

• A strong foundation in landscape construction techniques, including hardscape installation (patios, walkways, retaining walls) and planting.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions. 

• Valid driver's license required
