Kim is a talented nurseryman and landscape designer who works as an independent contractor, bringing creativity, inspiration, and personalized outdoor solutions to her clients.
Kim’s journey began with familiarities of being raised on a farm to working as Manager at a Landscape Nursery while attending college. Her career started with a depth of plant knowledge and a gift for creativity while working with Moss Nursery in Warren Co. KY, where she discovered a love for plants and plant care. Kim has spent a lifetime with her knees on the ground and hands in the dirt from row cropping, raising cattle and growing tobacco to managing greenhouses full of bedding plants. She founded Kim’s Nursery in 1989 and brings more than 35 years of experience of flora plant knowledge and landscape design to her home town and surrounding areas.
Let's not forget Mom and Dad
Steve & Faye, have been the face of the nursery for many years. Dad was a pilot on the river until he missed being home that he decided to plant his roots and became a farmer. My mom, a hard-working woman, also worked in the fields. I owe a lot of my dedication and work ethic to both of them. They've been with me since the very beginning. Now retired, it’s still fun having them stop by and help out from time to time.
